mismatch in GC and welcome notice COA

I got my GC from Nebrasca Service center a few weeks ago. The category on the card says E26. I received the welcome notice too. "COA" file on welcome notice says E37. Aren't they supposed to be the same? What is COA anyway?

Also, I did not recieve any "approval notice". I instead received two welcome notices. One at my attorney's address and one at my home address. Does one must receive "approval notice"?

I do not know the answer to your question... but

We never received any welcome letter. All we received were 2 GCs and 2 approval letters. Got GC in July 07. Anywhere can I see how this welcome letter looks like out of curiosity?
