Hi,
Someone had sold me bad auto insurance in school for which I was arrested but went to the court to fight it and after realizing that even I was not aware that the auto insurance was bad the judge brought the case down from a class b missdemeanor (false document) to a class c misdemeanor (unable to maintain financial responsibility) Which I have been told is same as driving a car without having auto liability insurance. My finger printing revealed that I was once arrested for that incident.
My wife and I have applied for the canadian immigration and are awaiting the approval. Do you think that our application can be rejected due to this? (there was no jail time etc. Just a 500$ fine for being stupid!!)
