I called USCIS to check the status of my pending I-485 application as the processing date is past my notice date. The gist of the matter is that, in their system, they have me under EB3 classification instead of EB2 as per my I-140 approval.
I would like to ask if there is anybody who had been in this situation and can advise the best way to get this fixed.
