Hi,
My main question is how to answer No. 29 on the DS-230 Part II form.
I am single with no children. Who is the "Petitioner"? No. 26 is already asking for my name et.

Secondly, am I allowed to send the forms via DHL, FedEx or registered mail?
What size envelope may I use?

Petitoner is the person who won,and you can send it with DHL.
I sent mine with DHL,and they got it few days ago!

DHL requires special envelopes, and according to the instructions the yellow address sticker must be on the envelope. How did you do it? Did you use a separate envelope inside the DHL envelope with the yellow address sticker?
I really don't want to make any mistakes.
How did you find out that they received your application? Through DHL or did you contact them?

Use Priority mail. You would have a tracking number, and you can track it on-line.
 
Well yes,they have special DHL envelope,but I put my documents in the same envelope,like the one in which I got my letter from KCC,and I put that envelope in the DHL one.My sticker was white with red letters,and they put it on their DHL envelope,not mine,because mine was inside.
You can track your letter via internet,and I know that they got it,because on DHL website I saw the name of the person who signed when took my letter from courier.It took them 2 days.
I sent it on Wednesday,and it was delivered to KCC on Friday!!
There were many people here who sent it with DHL,and they didn't have any problems.
I only don't know why is your sticker yellow,and mine red? :confused:
 
Sorry, you're right it's not yellow but it's a white label with red letters.
One more question, can I use the online forms?
Btw, my case number is 2007EU00014xxx.
(pretty high....)
Any body knows what kind of chances I got??

It's not that high. You have a good chance of getting your green card.
