Minor Child Renewed new passport and need to transfer U VISA to new passport

Hello all,

We have OCI already in all of our passports. My childs passport expired and we renewed to a new passport. I went to the OCI Misc Services and filled in the form and printed it. Also went to the travisaoci website and also filled in the particulars and printed the forms.

so in essence, I have all the papers ready.

Question:
When I send in the package, should I send the Old and New passport or wait till they ask me to send it?
