Hi,
My husband and I recd our green cards 2 years back. When we applied our daughter was 12. So when we got our green card she did not as she had to get fingerprinted as she had become 14 by then. That was a year back. Now we recd another letter from INS saying she needs a syphilis test as she has become 15. We are concerned that this is going to keep going on like this as she will be 1 year older every year
. Has anybody gone through a similar situation? Is there a definitive list of tests/procedures a minor child has to undego? Any advice?
Thanks,
Jan
