I have not received anything yet from Dallas BEC. I dont see any posts from other members of MN. I think MN folks should put forward the updates even if it is same as mine. If we keep the thread active then we would at least know if anyone starts getting 45 days letter in MN.

Yes lets keep this MN thread active. Dallas BPC did send out the 45 day letter to a petition from WI filed in May 05. I hope MN follows soon..
 
Did any one from MN get a 45 day letter. I found out from my Legal dept. that our company has received some from late 2004 and early 2005.

I have not received 45 days letter. If anyone else from MN has received it or know of somebody who have received it please do post the information.

Please let me know if you recieve any communication from BEC. Our PD's are very close so I am guessing our petitions were in the same box..

No communication till now. NeedMiracles you have mentioned that your company has recieved 45 day letter for other people around our Priroity date. Are they from MN or some other state?
 
As per the legal dept. in my company - yes they are from MN. However, I don't 100% in her statement.

Does your atty. know anything about this yet. Can you confirm this with your atty??
 
Need Miracales...we really need miracles here. No receipt from BEC yet.

Does anyone know or has heard any MN SWA cases recieving 45 day letter.

My lawyer says they havent received 45 day letter for any 2004 cases.

USVAR-

It looks like employers/attorneys can find the status by calling the Dallas BPC number. I called and they asked to have my employer call them. My HR and Immigration dept. is just like a government office a third world.

Can you ask your employer to follow up and see if Minnesota Box has made it to Dallas?

In the mean time, if I find anything from my employer, I will let you know.

45 day letter

I received my 45 day letter in may of 05 and the reply was mailed in the second day ...I have not heard a thing about it . My attorney says we have to wait...don't know whats hapening :confused: :confused:

Seems like they have not even opened MN SWA box. I dont see any responses about 45 day letter from MN. My lawyer says they have no information.
