Minimum signatures for petition?!

I have 2 questions about our petition (on random I485 processing by TSC)

1) Is there any 'minimum number of signatures' criteria required before the petition is submitted to INS?

2) Who will inform the INS about the petition? (Is it Mr. Khanna?)

PS: So far, around 330 people have signed the petition.

1. Didn't get reply from Monica about 'minimum number of signatures' required? I have sent a mail to her on 09/17.

2. Mr. Rajiv Khanna will take care of that part.
