A senior attorney refused to file take up my green card case stating that my salary 32k is too low for an accountant in new york. but my H1B was approved for this salary. Any comments?
 
Change your Attorney. It is low indeed but if your company can show that they intend to pay you more and that they have capability of same - you may get GC.

But I feel case will be tough to handle.
 
As Jharkhandi said the case will be difficult to handle .. Hmm .. he is right .There are hell lot of chances are that your labour and 1-140 anything get more RFE's any time .
