My wife recently became a "Certified Pharmacy Technician" and is wondering if CVS/RiteAid/etc can sponser H1 visa for that position? (she is also MSc in org chem)

Q2. Where can I find the minimum prevailing wages (statewise)?
Q3. Whats the H1 visa (premium) application fee these days ?
Q4. How long H1 premium processing takes (From H4 to H1)?
