Minimum days to be in US for applying Green Card ?

I came to US a month ago on L1-A visa. Am I eligible to apply for Greencard.
(Is there minimum number of days a person should be in US to apply for Greencard ? If so how many days?)

So you mean their is no minimum days required to stay in US. I can apply immediately. Right ?
