Mine was approved but spouse wasn\'t

Hi folks,

My I-485 was approved 1 month ago and I had stamped the passport. The problem is my wife\'s is still not approved.

Anyone has idea what\'s going on and how I can deal with it?

Hello, will U please post the details like who is the main applicant? did U got any RFE s for your wife, regarding medical, date of birth certificates? what is her RD ND in I 485, was it applied on the same day like yours? did U check with your attorney, what is the matter? based on that I can give U some suggestions.

Hi,
I\'m the main applicant. I didn\'t get any RFEs. My wife didn\'t get RFE either. The voice mail hasn\'t been updated. We filed I-485 at the same time (have the same RD and ND), did the FP at the same time.

Our attorney sent a letter 3 weeks ago and no any reponse.

Wait for a week so and call NSC yo find out what is the situation.
Most cases there will be RFE.
