Mine in NC but Wife got RFE. Why?

I am stuck in NC. But my wife got RFE on Marriage certificate. Our cases got transferred to Nebraska from California.

Why do they raise RFE when mine is stuck in NC since 2004? Is it good? Anyone is in similar situations?

I am also in the same boat

I am stuck in NC since 2004 but my husband got RFE in july 2007 regarding date-of-birth certificate.No clue what is going on.
I raised couple of SR's haven't gotten any response so far.
 
I am the Primary...

I am the primary applicant and my wife is the secondary applicant. I don't know why they would look into her case when mine is in NC. How about you? Are you the primary applicant?
 
Same happen to me. My wife got RFE for mdical. I am not sure why. The same day I got SR reply that because of sucurity check incomplete we can't process blah blah .... May be to pre adjucate.. is something exisits like that.:confused: :confused: :confused:

May be NC has been cleared

Did you guys have LUD recently? Or LUD only for your spouse (who got RFE)?
 
Each case whether primary of derivative is considered as separate and as you can see in the several threads. There are many cases where thehprimary/derivative application is approved first and the other one comes after a big gap of several months.

Whichever is approvable first gets approved !
