Good luck to all of you, I know your day will come soon, like mine did.

quick question: I applied for my EAD renewal and got the receipt notice today(R/D 7/18). Do you guys think that will create any problem or should I talk to IIO to cancel my EAD renewal?

Better take to the INS officer about your EAD when you go for your stamping...

First of all hearty congrats.
Most likely your EAD extension will be rejected because they find out that your acse is approved. There is no harm in keeping EAD card because not all INS offices take your EAD card back when you go for stamping. However if you are still concerned you can talk to an IIO. Most likely they may ask you to mail the EAD back if they have already mailed it to you.
Or else it will die natural death once its expiry date is over !
