Mine Approved; My wife's 485 is still pending!!

Folks:

My 485 application has been approved by CSC and I got it stamped (Please see my earlier posting).

My wife's 485 applicaiton still says 700days etc., Any idea why? After all I am the primary applicant and she is the derivitive applicant.

I am scared about about the possiblilty of USCIS unlinking her from mine (and putting her applicaiton down some where); This could be possible as out application was transferred from TSC to CSC October this year.

Any thoughts???

No worries mate! Unless your applications were filed together, there is no reason both approvals should come at the same time. Usually there is a slight gap between the two approvals, take a look at VIPSHA's case where inspite of applying together, his wife got her approval almost 18 months after him.

Also, don't go by what the website says, it will suddenly reflect that your case has been approved when you least expect it.
