As per AVM, both mine and my spouse\'s 485 cases have been approved. Here is the long road I took to get here:

labor RIR RD Mar 00 AD Apr 00
PD Apr 00

BS + 5 yrs of experience (last one year experience gained with the same employer but in a different position).
140 EB2 RD July 00 Denied Mar 01 after an RFE
140 EB3 RD Aug 00 AD Mar 01 after an RFE
140 EB2 RD June 01 AD Jan 02 after an RFE
All the above 140\'s were applied with the same labor approval

485 applied with EB3 140 approved for CP
RD 08/23/01
ND 09/21/01
FP 02/22/02 as scheduled @ Oakland
AVM changed on 05/17/02 to "Processing resumed on 02/27/02"
AVM changed on 06/18/02 to "has been approved and mailed on 06/18/02"

I\'m yet to receive the approval notice.

Without this forum(Thanks to Rajiv khanna) and you guys, I would have been left in the dark with out knowing what was going on with my case. Thanks to everyone in this forum and hats off to PCee, rsrgc & greaty-k for the amount of effort and time they put in maintaining their lists. I will be missing you all and this forum. But I\'ll hang around for a while.

can someone explain why...

FP Done: 03/8/02
AVM message currently: Processing resumed on Mar 14th

I called IIO and she says that the current notice date is 06/01 and that it\'ll take approx 4 mths. I tell her I\'ve seen other Sept ND get approved and she says that\'s impossible.
