Do dependants of a military member who is stationed overseas have to file for a reentry permit or are they exempt?
As I read 8 U.S.C. 1354 section 284 it looks like dependants are considered to have lived in the US for citizenship purposes but it does not mention that they are exempt from the reentry permit requirements. Is this correct?
