Hello everyone. I am a 2013 DV winner and I have received my 2nd letter for the interview which is scheduled in November 2012. My question is what should I do if I won't be discharged from the military (a mandatory military service) of a foreign country until later in 2013? I am thinking about going to the interview and ask for a permission to submit my discharge document later when I come out of the military; would it be too later? I have everything ready but this, I am so worry that I might not be able to obtain a GC. I have been doing DV lottery since 2004 so I don't want to wait for another 8+ years! Please help!!! Greatly appreciated!!!
