Mike metal, Who is your lawyer? Looks like some USCIS officers don't know the law and are poorly trained. In Boston, they call people for interview and then tell them their name check is not complete. In Boston, PP are routinely not stamped after the interview. The harassment continues in the name of 'speed processing'.
