Middle name is written not in all documents

Hi,

I am filing documents for a change of status and have a problem with my middle name. On some documents I have it, on some documents it's missing.

In my passport, previous EAD, marriage certificate, I-94, and some other documents I have only my first and last names. But in my I-20, entry visa, and birth certificate along with my last and first names, I also have my middle name. Should I include my middle name in i-130, i-485, and i-765 under "other names," or should I not mention it at all?

Also, in the translation of my birth certificate, they spelled my first name a bit differently (1 letter difference only). Would there be a problem? Or should I do another translation?
 
Don't worry the absence of the middle name. Just make sure the middle name is on all your immigration documents going forward. USCIS considers the birth certificate to be your legal name, unless you have done something official to change your name like marriage or a name change court process.

However, the one letter difference of your birth certificate translation could be a bit of a problem. If you can get another translation with the spelling you want, do that. There usually is some flexibility allowing you to choose the spelling you want when translating from a foreign alphabet (provided it sounds the same when pronounced, of course), so the same foreign name often results in different English spellings for different people.
