AILA has reported that the INS advises that unless the application or petition filers completely spell out the full name, including the complete spelling of middle names, people may receive RFE, causing the delay in processing of his/her case. This new procedure is required since the INS has decided to make a complete "name check" with the database for all the applications and petitions.
