I'm filing an n-600k for my son. Being of Jewish origin and living in Israel, my middle name on official documents here (Gidon) is different from that on my US birth certificate and US passport (Philip). I assume it is problematic that my middle name on my son's birth certificate is different from that on my own. Would a notarized affidavit explaining that both names are one and the same person be enough for the USCIS?
