Michigan Labor Certification.

My Employer is planning to file for my Labor in Michigan. Per Job requirements, I would qualify for EB2. Is there any time difference between EB2 & EB3 if I file from Michigan. I am trying to see if there is any benefit in starting my case as EB2.

Please advise. I'll count on it.

No, there is no time difference. Go for EB3 - it gets less scrutiny.
