Do you know the days of Miami oathceremonies for 2005. Me and my son had same day interwiev and now I got my oath day in Miami on August 26th and he
have not got anything yet. I wonder if his letter is lost. How do we know that his letter is not lost and if it is do they send the new later if you dont show up and you schould. It would be nice to know how many oaths in one year they have in Miami (every month or once a year ...)

There is a good chance that your son hasn't been scheduled for the oath ceremony just yet, but it is a good idea to find out for sure. You can try calling the main customer service number 1 (800) 375-5283 and give them the case number. If they don't give you a definite answer, schedule an infopass appointment with Miami District office. You can do so online via http://infopass.uscis.gov/ The system usually schedules two weeks in advance. If you get "no appts available at this time" message, simply try again in an hour or so.

As for Miami ceremony schedule, no one seems to know for sure but it looks like they take place every month or every other month, but definitely more often than once a year. You can search this forum by typing in "miami oath". I hope this helps. I also was hoping you could share some info with the rest of us. When did your interview take place and when exactly did you receive your oath notification? Thanks in advance and best of luck to you and your son.
