Hello everybody, had interview on monday in miami at 8am, interview went pretty ok, we didnt get stamping yet, but this is how it went, they called us in at like 8:20am, me and my wife and my lawyer:
-took our fingerprints i guess for greencard
-then she started with me , ID, ADDRESS, SSN,
-have i been arrested? said yes for DUI in Canada
-asked me where i work, then EVL, where did i work before
-asked for paystubs
-asked for w2
-then passport and picture
-marriage cetificate
-pictures of me and wife
FOR WIFE
-address, id, ssn
-asked for police report cause had a incident in '99 , we thought she would have it cause she had a deffered inspection a few months ago and we got all that cleared went to court and had the case dropped but also had another incident in '94
Then she said in order to finish the case she needed to see
-original marriage certificate
-my DUI arrest report from Canada
-and amount of theft for my wifes case in '94
-and report from '99
She gave us till Oct 10 to drop it off lawyer asked if we have to come back for interview and she said no just to drop it off is fine.
We were out of there at like 8:45am
I dont now but im pretty confident when i submit everything it will go ok
ill have everything she needs by next week
