MI SESA - What is going on?

What is going on with MI SESA? Any body has any idea? I heard that they are holding more cases strictly that do not satisfy Prevailing wage rate.Is this true? My application is at hold in MI SESA due to this factor.

Yes , it is true

The MI SESA has been holding applications with PD of Nov till date.
My PD was Nov\'2000 - RIR - Still with MI SESA . Seems like they have an affinity towards my application and do not want to forego with it !!

i have been told the same about my case by my attorneys.
they are holding on..and yes its about wage rates..
