metoo/ram33 and others - any development on your cases?

I called IIO on 6/5 and the IIO and she said that they recieved RFE and the examiner has not yet looked at the RFE . I called today and the IIO said as per the info He has the Case officer has looked at the RFE today and to call back in 30-45 days if I have not received any notice from INS. The \'wait\' keeps going and going and with the market so slow and my project ending this month and no light(job) at the end of the tunnel... depressing.. depressing....

I havent called IIO again.. checking the AVM daily tho it might not be updated.. I thought I will call next friday.. by then it will be 3 weeks since I called the first time.. and that is the time frame I got then..

I\'m in the same boat. If I don\'t agree to my company\'s demands, I could be let go.

There aren\'t many EB3 cases getting approved. Since our dates were not current we missed that window in May when VSC was looking at 1/00- 3/00. Now they are moving ahead while approving only some of the old cases.

i am really losing hope on this process as i see no light at the end of the tunnel. haven\'t seen any pending cases being approved at all. does anyone have any information to share with us?

Checking AVM makes no sanse latly so I spoke to IIO today she said
that my case is in transit(?I have no clue what it means), they do not have any new info to give,asked to call after 30 days.She wouldn\'t give the status on my wife\'s case to me.I agree with jpol there is no hope.I did not see many EB3 approvals latly

i was given the same answer last week BUT it was 30 days after the case has been assigned which was on May 25th. therefore i intend to call them at the beginning of next week.

I have been checking AVM too. But I know there is no sense in doing that. I think all our cases have been assigned to the same lazy INS officer.
