My attorney sent RFE response with amended I-140 on 11/13. I checked the message last night. The message was
still "on 10/19, 2000, we sent you ...". Do they treat 140 RFE different from other RFEs? Cause my attorney
sent the amended I-140 along with the orginal RFE letter, I thought that they should not be so stupid to think this
is a new I-140 application. But now I am worried about that they may be so stupid to put me on the I-140 queue. Do you have the
same experience? please share.
