Message not changing and FP2

Hi All,
Please suggest and provide your views:

1. We had done our 2nd FP on July 7 at San Jose ealier than actual appointment which is July 24.

How many days it takes to receive the FP by CIS? Is there anyway I confirm that CIS has received my FP successfully.
Also Is it necessary to visit Local CIS office on actual appointment date?

2. Online Message for my case is not changing since last 2 and 1/2 years. It says we receive your application etc- in Jan 2002.

Is there any way I ask CIS to fix it?
Anyone else face the same situation with his/her online message not changing and get it fixed.
Will it help if I call 1-800 # and tell them the problem?

I am not able to follow up with the update of my case as message is not changing. Please suggest.

it takes about a week for them to update the website about FP results even though they get it back from the FBI withing 24 hours, in most cases.
 
When I did my first FP in April 2002, it took almost 3 weeks for them to put it on the website.
My 2nd Fp went online after 1 week.

Hope this can help. If you don't see the FP result online by end of July, you should contact them...

We did our 2nd FP 2 weeks ago. Mine is not updated but my spouse FP results updated after 2 weeks.
