Hi everyone

Today my lawyer called me to inform the response sent by USCIS regarding the delay of 2nd FP for me.

"My name has not been cleared so far and still pending for name and security check- wait 60-90 days to hear something from them"

This has been the response after 5-6 time of inquiries as to what is going on including help from senator.
I guess it is going to take another 6 months to receive 2nd FP/Transfer/approval/Denial form USCIS.

Also have been noticing that most of the Jan RD's are done with 2nd FP.
Is there anyone expereincing the same delays in receiving 2nd FP???

Munnabhai, i don't think your case would take another 6 months. You'll got for 2nd FP, but it's good in a why because by then your name check would be cleared!

Either way you have to wait .....you wait now or you wait later!!!

I quite confident that once you get your 2nd FP, let's say in a month it won't take longer for your approval provided your security checks are cleared.

Moreover, the response you got has already triggered your case so you can expect 2nd FP's anytime.

How can we know if our name and security checks have been cleared.

Any numbers anyone to call ?

It is still debatable whether Security check has anything to do with 2nd FP.
Thanks tufan for boosting confidence.
I guess there is no way to find out whether these checks have been cleared unless attorney or the Senator asks for.
