After I sent in my RFE and done BIO code 3, the message of the status change to

"On October 5, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Does anybody else get the same message?
Can any one of you help me to interpret this message?

I got the same message from TSC.

Given the discussion that has been going on recently, I don't think the 2002 applicants wil hear from TSC before Spring.

I wish I were wrong though :)
