And new I-140/I-485 employment based concurrent green card applications will be adjudicated in less than 90 days. Pending cases will be pushed as well to get decision times down to less than a year. These are very good developments.

"The one group of applications that the CSC notes will be negatively affected by the pilot program will be I-140s filed without an adjustment application. The CSC has told AILA to expect little movement in these cases during the initial stages of the pilot program. "

I don't believe a word of it.

Ok, so right now we get "It is taking between 990 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case." and they want us to believe that they can do it in 90 days?

11 times shorter than what they have right now, and also many times shorter than how long most people in this forum have been waiting already. Even shorter than most of us have been waiting for basic EAD and AP renewals each year. Combine the I140 and I485 processing and magically they are processed four times faster than I140 processing alone is right now?

Right. That is as believable as Intel saying that they can make 35GHz processors really soon now and that that brand new huge gas guzzling Hummer H2 will cost only $ 5K soon.

Added to that, they tell us that 990 days processing time with only a tiny 9 days range: that is only 1% variation. All this from an agency that added months of processing delay to the AP, because 'they ran out of the paper to print it on'...

Overconfident about themselves? Or maybe just very good at bogus numbers?

Believe it when you see it and no second before. It's still election year remember!
