in this forum very often .
Ok my case is in Nebraska my ND is 08/08/05 actually my husband's as well.
I have seen so many people who had their ND in 2005 and already got
approved . Ok so i decided to find our local senator which I did and I ask
him to find out about our casses what is going on in there .The
immigration case worker from the senate team rerponded to me .
and this is what he send it to me :
Following is the message I received from the CIS Nebraska Service Center in response to my message on your behalf. I hope that this information is useful to you.
These 485s were filed on 08.08.05 and we are processing 08.08.03 for the asylum adjustment cases. We haven’t reached their dates yet. Fingerprints were last taken for both applicants on 10.28.05 and we also have biometrics. The FBI name check is clear. The applicants may check current processing dates up at the USCIS.gov website. Just go to the home page, scroll down the right side of the page and click on the link for processing times.

So this is it , and I am really wondering , how come some asylees recieved their GC in 2005 and CIS says that they just processing 2003 ,weird .
Anyway , I hope we all gonna recieve our GC's sooooon
and I would like to know your opinions is it gonna help that someone from senate was asking about our casses or will be the same?
