Did you get any response on your reply from INS.

I called NSC IIO and they told me that there is no movement in my case. In most case they issue new FP and I should call them back after some 6 days. It has been more three and half months since they have received MY RFE responce. It looks like now that my case is in a big loop. My attroney is doubting that they will transfer my case to California where I live now.

No Progress

There is no progress in my case. My attorney tried to get the
status thru AILA liason and was told that we should not call INS
until the processing date becomes current. Remember the 485 processing date in NSC has gone back to 1/24/01. My RD is 5/1/01. I beleive Senator's office also will not take up the case if it is not beyond the current processing date. I don't know what to do except waiting for the date to become current.
