Sorry for the delay , I was not sure how I should proceed to send invitations and get responses although I have received some names and contacts who are interested.

Lets make this as a discussion which dates are good? july 21 -22nd I would prefer a weekend we can choose from the consensus the dates the dates mentioned above are my suggested dates which can be moved on popular demand and from the interest I will book a place.
