Message for FP

Please help me that WHAT IS WRITTEN IN FP NOTICE?
As I am going to India I am afraid that what maximum time is given for FP if the notice for FP comes when I am in India.

Time given for FP: It could be 2 weeks to 7/8 weeks. It depends on work load at local center.

Text from FP notice.
"RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL DELAY YOUR APPLICATION. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AS SCHEDULED BELOW AND FAIL TO REQUEST RESCHEDULING, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
