Change, Same stuff... On December 6... we sent you ... RFE....

So, i guess this is the time (I have to file AC21 also, hopefully that won't be a problem)
 
Shouldn't be a problem, as long as you are working in a job with similar job description. And making over LC salary.

Reply to the RFE ASAP! Experience has shown that speedy replies translate into speedy approvals.

I don't think speedy reply helps!!!

I replied RFE on 11/25 and nothing has happened yet.
I changed job and my salary is 26% above LC salary but BCIS has no objection to it. My Attorney did not file AC21, just wrote a letter alongwith RFE reply to highlight change in job.

Did you receive 2-nd FP?
I am in same series and did reply recently on RFE, but I never received 2-nd FR notice.

i guess they'll issue 2nd FP only once you reply to First RFE. (I have seen this happen to my friends)

So just hang in there, we are almost there.

Actually salary doesn't even have to be at LC levels, can be lower, it is better to make more just to make your case stronger. Refer to this link for more information on Salary and INS memo that relates to it.

Your case was probably an exception, but from what we have seen on this forum in the past, speedy reply has always translated into speedy approval. Besides why would you want to waste more time than INS does already? Definitely INS is not going to start processing till you send your RFE reply, so does waiting the entire period of the RFE make sense?
