The message changed yesterday on my case from the standard message of 570 to 600 days to saying they received finger prints on July 03 and processing has resumed.
Is it normal for the FP to be received 11 months after they are done by INS

I applied for my third EAD recently, I am not sure if this caused the message to be updated

I applied for third ead for which I got the receipt today. I changed my address last week but didn't send in AR-11. The EAD receipt came with a letter saying that they are notified that I changed my address and that I need to file an AR-11 within 10 days. An AR-11 form was also sent along with the EAD receipt
