To recap.. My case was based on CP.. Both I and my wife got our PP\'s stamped in Houston (POE) in 7/2001.. Then TSC informed us in January that they were missing the admission stamp from the files.. We had to submit it to them 4 times!!!! We sent it by fax and by certified mail till they finally acknowledged receiving it...
The AVM at TSC changed for myself and my wife on 4/9/2002.. It changed to "On April 9, your case was approved, new cards were ordered, it will take 30-60 days to process"
Then again, yesterday, it changed for me only to "This case has been approved, on April 11, we mailed you the approval notice" .. I assume that by the approval notice, they mean the GC..
Hopefully, the cards will arrive soon.. It has been a 9 months wait so far..
