Message changed to REF sent. Please help ???

Hi All,

I checked automated system at VSC and it says that on Aug12,2000 we have sent you request for additional evidences. I am confused what it could be. My question to you people is WHO GETS IT ? IS it lawyer or candidate or both ? I applied through a lawyer.

Please answer.

Any idea how long does it take for them to make a decision after VSC receives a reply for REF.

My details EB2/INDIA/Regular Labor/ PD Aug 1997/ RD Apr 02,1999/ND May 03,1999.

How long does it take to get the ref from VSC after message changes ?
