Message changed from Approved to Recieved

Hi,
last week i got mails from USCIS saying that my I-140 and I-485 were approved. today i got mails USCIS saying that my application for I-140 is recieved on Oct 3 2003 and it will be processed in 365 days.
i dont know whats going on.

Has anyone seen mysteries like this.
