Message Change online - anyone else?

Online message changed yesterday to "We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 160 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Before it was saying 975 days to 999 days...

anyone else seen this change?
My I-140 has not been completed yet - they sent 2 RFE's that we replied to...

RaviSimi, few days back people had reported this. Back then it was deduced that it is an INS bug. They donot process 485's in 180 days.
 
I have EAD and AP approved August 02 and was able to use AP 2 weeks ago.The AVM really has changed to the same number of days 160 to 180 days.I was able to communicate to somebody who works as adjudicator at CSC and she said that is correct as the first phase had been done,meaning the FP,EAD and AP were already given out hence there is a change of the AVM to 180 days max.Expect that in 180 days or less for the approval.
My case number-WAC-02-191-xxxxx.

Sounds good and best of luck to you..

In my case however it sounds far fetched as my EAD is not yet approved and of course I did not apply for Advance parole so I dont know about that...

even my I-140 is not approved.. at least till I-140 is approved I cannot expect anything :(
