mesg changed - processing time 730 days ...(?)

I-485 mesg for my son changed to
..... It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a ......

earlier its was 660 days ....

r they commited to 2 yrs. ( 730 days ) ...?
has anybody seen this type of change ?

You can ask your lawyer to file a lawsuit

This is a case of clear delay. You can ask your lawyer to file a lawsuit so that your office will be forced to process...

The reasons for filing are as follows:

1. There are cases that are being approved in shorter than 25 months.

2. In your case it has been longer than 18 months... where as others are being processed in less than 18 months.

3. USCIS can't put priority to different types of cases on its whim, it affects lives and careers.

4. We are not allowed to contribute to the economoy and help ourselves in due to this (for example, we can't get loans for small business from SBA outside our jobs...)

I myself want to do the same, but my lawyer says my case is too recent (I am WAC 03-015-*****)

Go for it... we should sue the hell out of these guys...

The message changed for my son too. From 660 days to 730 days a week back. Hopefully they will stick to this.
 
According to Project Kashmir, almost all dates for I485 cases seem to have been changed to 730 days from 660 days.
