Is your company a big well known company?

Is your company a big company? I am just wondering if that had anything to do with it.

No, the company is medium-sized and hardly well known. I believe that using the phrase 'severe financial loss' made them process it.
BTW, my wife & daughter's AP were also applied along with mine bbut their cases were not touched.
