Memphis office question?

Does anyone have any idea of how long is it taking nowadays for the memphis office to process the N-400 applications?
Does the memphis office process the whole application by themselves or does it send them to one of the Service centers?

Answers will be appreciated.

You will mail your application to a service center depending upon your state of residence. Service center will schedule you finger printing and send your name check to FBI. After that they will transfer your case to the local office for interview (after all the background checks are done).
