Does anyone has an idea as to how long is it taking for the citizenship application to come through in the Memphis office? Replies will be deeply appreciated. Also, if you know the duration from the fingerprint appointment stage to the actual citizenship approval, it would be of great help. Thank you.

Memphis TN Citizenship Office
I am a US Citizen by birth. My wife is an immigrant from Vietnam, currently going through the process of naturalization. Here is where stand so far. We live in Winchester TN
1) In the early part of Jun 2008 we filed the application for Naturalization.
2) My wife was called for her fingerprints in Nashville TN for an appointment originally scheduled for 5 July 2008. We had it rescheduled in Nashville for 12 July 2008. We went, and no problems occurred.
3) Yesterday, 26 July 2008, we received a letter for her Citizenship Interview in Memphis TN on 4 September 2008. We are currently making plans to go to Memphis TN on that date for the interview. Will post as this progresses forward. It is nearly a 4.5 hours drive from Winchester TN to Memphis TN, but the only other alternatives would be Atlanta GA or Birmingham AL.
