I got an RFE submission letter to submit medical documents by November 7th to the Memphis Field Office.
Accordingly, I sent my documents over by UPS to Memphis and noticed that my documents were not able to be delivered.
On checking up the USCIS website, I see that the field office is temporarily closed till Nov 7th .
According to my RFE letter, I am supposed to submit the RFE documents by October 31st. I am not sure how I will submit this if the office is closed.
. I tried calling up the helpline, but the automated responses are not helpful in this situation.
Anyone else in the same boat / or have faced a similar situation
