Memorial weekend – Memorable - Approved

All,

I am very very happy to say that myself and my wife I-485 approved after 4 years 6 months 3 days. My major hurdle were Labor (2.5 years) , and Name Check (1.5 year).

Today is memorable day this long weekend (Memorable day weekend).

One thing for sure, without this forum, I would not have survived. This is rock.

Once again "Thank you all" for your valuable inputs to this forum.

Pl accept my congratulations. But I was wondering aren't your case restricted by retrogression for INdia. Like for now PD for I-140 according to visa bulletin is 1pr2004 which I assume is for I-140 approval. In your case does LC approval date goven your Visa PD? If that is the case then approval of your case makes sense. ANyway enjoy !

Today I am really celeberating my weekend with 100% joy. I wish you each and everyone for your success. I will be around this forum , it is GREAT forum I ever had it any where.

Went to InfoPass today... Came to know still fbi name check is pending... But she asked my address to make sure my address is correct in the system...
Am i smelling something or just being too optimistic..
Guys, do u think it is a good idea to call TSC repreatedly ??? Last time i did was two weeks ago...

LC filing date governs the priority date, if you have to do labor certification. If you are of a category that can skip the labor cert and go straight to I-140, the filing date of the I-140 establishes the PD.
