I just read the post in immigration-law.com about denying of I-485 because of the merger if amended I-140 was not filed. I got my I-140 approved in Feb 96 and my company mergered with another in July the same year. However, my position and location didn\'t change. Do I need to file an amended I-140. Please shed some light.
