Hello all, tomorrow I have 30 minute consultation with a local attorney, since my HR person said she's going to do all the paperwork on her own, I would like to at least to talk to the attorney to get a feel of whether or not HR person is fine to do that. The law has been changed and many detailed info that my HR might not be aware of. It could be her first time doing H1 sponsorship. My question is tomorrow I am going to meet my attorney, what types of questions should I ask that attorney to make the 30 minutes consultation productively? any suggestions will be really appreciated in regards to my circumstance.
